Dealer Rotation & Scheduling Software

Our Casino Pencil Pro software program has features assisting all aspects of table games dealer rotation management. Our software works great in traditional casino table games operations and card rooms. We support multiple rotation formats including KYO (keep your own) formats such as “Snake” with A/B rotations for casinos that need “‘high limit” rotations with games like Craps and Roulette. Group strings together in any way you choose. “Rubber band” format is also supported for casinos that pool dealer tips.

Pencil Pro allows you to build, import and manage employee schedules from within our software. Managers will always know who is coming in and going home at all times throughout the day. This knowledge can be used to set up automated changes to be applied at specific times. These automated changes include swapping out dealers coming in and dealers going out. You can choose to either randomly assign dealers or provide the table picks to your dealers. Dealer assignments account for game knowledge and skill.

Our built-in EO List (early out list) management tool ensures your Pencil is sending dealers home at the right times and in the right order. Rotations can be displayed on computers or TV’s in the pit or in the break rooms or hallways ensuring constant communication with employees. Faster rotation management and proper communication ensures that your casino saves on unnecessary overtime and labor costs throughout the year.

All devices running our Pencil Pro program will sync their data cross the network at all times, enabling you to make changes from any device and maintain constant communication between dealers and Pencils. Most casinos can use a single workstation to make changes, eliminating the need to constantly walk the casino floor to see where dealers are at. All push cycles, shift changes and manual edits are stored in table history which allows you to view accurate historical data and statistics for both dealers and tables.
